2018年9月毕业于华东理工大学药学院,获生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位,随后进入华东理工大学药学流动站从事博士后研究工作。2022年12月出站留校工作,被聘为特聘副研究员。迄今以第一作者(含共一)发表于Cell Metabolism、PNAS、Nucleic Acids Research和Cell Reports,以共同作者在Science Advances、Nature Communications和The Journal of Clinical Investigation发表论文4篇,授权4项中国发明专利,公开9项国际PCT发明专利和11项中国发明专利。主持国自然青年科学基金项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目和博士后基金面上项目,获得第十七届细胞生物学学会青年论坛技术创新奖。

主要从事细胞代谢监测成像新技术的开发与应用。聚焦靶向各种疾病的代谢物,针对代谢物具有高度时空特异性,难以原位实时监测的难题,突破现有技术瓶颈,建立微生物高通量筛选与定向进化体系,基于此研发高性能乳酸荧光探针,绘制亚细胞乳酸代谢图谱,发现线粒体基质内富集高浓度乳酸,解决了该领域争议几十年的重要科学问题。建立基于探针的临床体液样本即时检测技术,发现尿液乳酸显著升高可能作为母系遗传性糖尿病的潜在筛查标志物,为临床诊断提供了重要依据;还创建过氧化氢探针和支链氨基酸探针,构建转基因动物,精确追踪活体内白血病细胞的氧化还原动态,助力白血病代谢研究,揭示氧化还原代谢在白血病生成中的重要作用与药物靶标。
